Shipping for orders placed from some of our international suppliers during January 25th to February 10th is delayed during this time due to their national holiday Spring Festival season. Shipping from item suppliers from these countries resumes February 10th.

Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure goods arrive safely. Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery date
