When will I receive my order?
Your order is generally filled within 2 to 48 hours from the time it is placed.
Most items are 2 to 5 business days processing time with shipping times from 7 to 12 business days.
Some items that are special order may have longer shipping times of up to 12 to 45 days depending on the item location. Check product description details for these longer shipping times.

Return for full or partial refund of purchase price within 21 days of the delivery date.
Your item must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging.
Some items may only qualify for partial refund.

What if I want the same item but in a different color or size than I ordered? Can I exchange it?
We are unable to exchange items. In order to exchange an item, we suggest returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.
I need to Cancel my order!
To cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible within 1 to 2 hours from placing your order, by store Contact form or by phone (801) 309-9187.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs, see Return Policy for details and procedure).
Are your products Made in the USA?
BellaMonica Studios makes every effort to obtain and sell American made products from the USA. However, some products are simply not available from the US because we do not have a manufacturer of those products or they are not available and must be obtained from International producers and manufacturers.
BellaMonica Studios makes every effort to obtain products from reputable suppliers and manufacturers in the US and International markets.
Are your products original BellaMonica Studios arts designs?
BellaMonica Studios is an original arts and design producer. Some additional items may be featured to compliment these original design works such as various types of home decor, or apparel accessories.
Some textile patterns may be stock material that is modified or patterned according to our design. Any stock imagery used by us is licensed according to attribution if any and all standard copyright laws.
